Louisville Dry Gin

We can’t leave out one of Kentucky’s favorite cocktails! The mule is a fabulous drink, easy to make, and beautiful to look at. 


8 mint leaves

1 ounce simple syrup

3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

1 1/2 ounces of Ginkins Gin

4 to 5 ounces ginger beer, to taste

Mint sprig, for garnish


In a cocktail shaker, add the mint leaves, simple syrup, and lime juice. Muddle well to release the essence of the herbs. Add Ginkins Gin and fill the shaker with ice.  Strain into a highball glass or mule cup filled with fresh ice. 

Top with ginger beer and garnish with a sprig of mint.


This simple cocktail has taken over bar menus across the United States. You can find in bar Negroni menus filled with creative, enticing variations on the bitter, slightly sweet cocktail. This recipe transport us to Italy, one of our favorite European spots!


 3/4 ounce of Ginkins Gin

Gin 3/4 ounce Campari

3/4 ounce sweet vermouth

orange peel (for garnish)



Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add the gin, vermouth and Campari and stir well. Garnish with the orange peel.

Lady in Red

Sloe gin and raspberry syrup add a touch of blush to a classic White Lady, sweet notes that pair excellent with Ginkins Gin.


1 part Ginkins Gin – Louisville Dry Gin

1 part Sloe gin

1/2 part lemon juice

1 egg white

1 barspoon raspberry syrup

Fresh raspberry garnish


Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a raspberry
